The main building is divided into three floors and has a total area of 258 m2. There is an entrance hall, reception, restaurant, kitchen with a pantry, dining room, and a toilet on the ground floor. The two ground-floor terraces offer various views of the promenade and peaceful surroundings, and the shade under a magnificent old magnolia tree is synonymous with the richness of the heart and all the senses.
